Well dear readers, too busy for anything meaningful today……sorting out a shipment of used bicycles stuck in customs donated by the good people of the USA and destined for an orphanage in Odessa.
Of course the paperwork is all wrong!
My charity donation will be the time, effort and hours spent on the telephone, plus associated favours I will owe to those who have the power and influence to sort this out in an expedited manner.
In the meantime, please entertain yourselves. If you need something to think about, effective now, Ukraine holds the Presidency of the Council of Europe/PACE.
