What can I say, it is a port city. In fact Odessa has 3 major ports in Odessa Port, Illychovsk and Yushni, that are a critical part of the import/export infrastructure of Ukraine. They also happen to be the 3 major ports of Ukraine closest to the EU borders.
Crime central or an import/export hub used by criminals in the same way that every other business uses Odessa?
