State Torture in Odessa Oblast? (Not the city)

ODESA, Ukraine — Five police officers in Ukraine’s southern Odesa Oblast have been arrested for allegedly torturing detainees.

Obviously these 5 police offcers were still under training by the CIA and didn’t get far enough in the “interview techniques” course for waterboarding.

In case you are wondering where Rozdilnya is, it is about 40 minutes away from Odessa City heading north towards Kyiv and is a very small town. 

Anyway, better not speed on the road to Kyiv anymore…….just in case!
