Yes, your’ve got it right, this article is a sales and promotional gimmick and the statistics certainly do not match up to the realities of what happens here from any of the accounts of the agency owners, area managers, translators or women I know.
Normally I am quite diplomatic in my ramblings, but there are times when the truth must be bluntly and simply stated.

Anyone who believes this article deserves absolutely everything that is coming to them……..which despite the statistics in the article……is 99.99% failure rates.
